I returned me order 2 weeks ago, sent them a few emails telling them I didn’t get my money back and still not having it!
Never again!
The case is really pretty but not functional. I had another brand case for two years and I had never cracked my phone. Two days after I started using the iDeal of Sweden case, I cracked my phone’s screen. Now I need to buy a new phone.

I’m giving three stars for the product because after 2 days and not dropping the phone, the bottom right corner of the case must have been cracked upon arrival. A grocery bag got caught on the crack and popped off a piece of the phone case… I like the case so much and my phone is still secure so I did not seek to exchange it, although I probably should have.
On a positive note, the website for purchase was very easy to use and the shipping time was unbelievably fast! Very happy about the logistical side of the business, but disappointed in the faulty product. Would still recommend to others
Your US distribution company sent me the wrong sized iPhone wallet. I have tried to call the company customer service (in Columbus, OH), and no one live answers, just voice mail. I have followed their instructions and have emailed them twice without a response. I am very unhappy about this. As the seller, you should look into it

I ordered a phone cover February 4th. We received a wrong cover, even though the order was correctly made. We send it back. I have not received the right cover or my money back yet. I have contacted customer service several times with no help.

There was no mention of the fact that the phone cases do not allow for wireless charging. I have tried reaching out to the claims department and have not heard back. I also live chatted a customer service specialist who was of no help and was rude and not understanding of the issue. I will not purchase from this company again and do not recommend it to other! The company does not care about my situation and is not offering help or a refund!
